Starting a private practice can seem overwhelming at first. Where do I begin? How do I find office space I can afford, if I am not yet seeing clients? Is it better to accept insurance or full fee clients? How do I get on an insurance panel? How do I get clients? As a clinician with over 13 years in Private Practice, I am now offering business consultation services for clinicians who are interested in starting a private practice.
-I can walk you through developing a business plan.
-The six steps to get credentialed with insurance panels.
-How to decide your self pay rate?
-Ways to market and get clients.
-How do you create Intensives for EMDR. IFS or other modalities.
I have helped and assisted many clinicians with these and other questions, including questions about insurances, how to schedule clients and how to establish a niche and how to market my services to potential clients and ways to scale your business.
Having a colleague to bounce ideas off of and to assist with developing a business plan can prove invaluable in establishing your business. Especially when that clinician has been there.
These sessions can be done over the phone or through a video call or sometimes in person at a mutually agreed upon place.
A 60 minute session is $150 per video/phone session.
Additionally, when you sign up for 5 consultation calls, I provide you with my bundle of paperwork for Private pratice including my Informed consent, Progress note, Intake Assessment, ROI, Intake Medical questions form, and HIPAA form.
I also offer clinical case consultation for clinicians who are interested in learning more about Trauma informed work including how to use Polyvagal Exercises and somatic work to help clients, how to use IFS and learn more about it. I am passionate about this type of work and I enjoy this type of work and helping clinicians grow. I have many years of Supervision in various settings and it’s still one of my favorite parts of my work.
This service is offered to fully licensed clinicians not looking to accrue licensing hours, but just for added support. I incorporate IFS, Polyvagal theory and in the next few months will be starting EMDR consulting and one on one consulting.
